It’s been a beautiful, gritty, and emotional month in the studio—one filled with carving, glazing, late nights, and meaningful stories. As an artist who creates custom memorial tiles and urns, every piece I work on holds deep purpose. These past few weeks, I’ve been surrounded by clay, color, and the quiet intensity of turning memories into art. In this post, I’m sharing some behind-the-scenes snapshots—moments that capture the mess, the magic, and the mission of what I do. Whether it's sketching new ideas, carving, tattooing, spraying, etc.... FUN!!! You only live once!! Art has always been my way of processing life—and helping others do the same. Every photo here is more than just a glimpse into my work—it’s a window into the heart behind it. I’m grateful for the families who trust me with their stories, and for the space to create something lasting in clay, color, and memory.
If you’ve ever thought about a custom memorial piece, or just want to talk art and process, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you for following along on this journey.
